Dear Industry Member,

Earlier this year, the Department temporarily suspended enforcement of the regulatory prohibition on wet storage of gear. We took this action to support industry as it began to face challenges associated with Coronavirus.

However, after a review of the temporary suspension and industry's response to these challenges, Marine Patrol will once again begin enforcing the regulatory prohibition on wet storage, effective immediately. 

Please contact your local Marine Patrol Officer for information.
